ACCA Sustainability Conference 2009

The ACCA Sustainability Conference 2009 was held recently at the Singapore Marriott Hotel in conjunction with the United Nations’ World Environment Day on 5 June 2009.

The theme of this year’s conference, UNite to Combat Climate Change – A Business Perspective brought together a distinguished line up of speakers who spoke of the impact of climate change on businesses. Graced by Mr. Tan Yong Soon, Permanent Secretary with the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources who delivered the conference’s keynote address, the conference also featured an hour long panel discussion entitled “Making Singapore Businesses Climate Change Champions”.
